Biography
Carter McElveen was born and raised in Lugoff, South Carolina, and is a graduate of Lugoff-Elgin High School. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Winthrop University and M.Ed in Higher Education at Liberty University. She is looking forward to helping students get excited about what 性视界 has to offer.
