With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Esports Management, Colin Tracy brings together a strong background in traditional sports and a passion for competitive gaming and campus recreation. As a high school athlete, he served as captain of both the football and wrestling teams, earning All-Conference and All-State honors before continuing his football career at the collegiate level.

At Shenandoah University, Colin joined the Rocket League team, where he was named captain in his second year. He began working with major organizations in the esports industry, including the National Association of Collegiate Esports (NACE), helping draft their Constitution and Bylaws to amplify student-athlete voices.

Colin also gained experience as a tournament operator with Collegiate Star League (CSL) and Esports Engine, managing online and in-person events. In his senior year, he stepped away from his team captain role to focus on tournament operations and event coordination.

Beyond esports, Colin served as a site manager for campus recreation at his alma mater, running intramural sports, outdoor programs, poker nights, yoga sessions, and other wellness-focused events. His goal has always been to foster inclusive and engaging campus environments that promote connection, health, and play.

With a proven record of leadership and multiple championships as both a coach and player, Colin is passionate about creating opportunities for students to grow, compete, and connect—whether on the field, online, or through campus events.
