Biography

Reverend Schrendria Robinson joins 性视界 with more than 25 years of ministry experience. An Ordained Itinerant Elder in the African Methodist Episcopal Church, she has served as Pastor of Mt. Olive A.M.E. Church in Columbia, South Carolina, for the past eight years and previously dedicated seventeen years to youth ministry. Additionally, Robinson served as the first African American Executive Director of Killingsworth Home, a ministry of the United Methodist Church, leading the organization during the global pandemic.

Rev. Robinson is deeply committed to education and student development. She has served as an adjunct professor at Benedict College, teaching public health courses, and has worked with the Upward Bound Program there for nearly two decades. A first-generation college graduate, she is passionate about mentoring students and helping them discover purpose through education and faith. She has led college students on a ten-day pilgrimage to Israel and developed programs that strengthen student leadership across South Carolina campuses.

Rev. Robinson holds a Master of Public Health from the University of South Carolina, and a Master of Divinity from Dickerson-Green Theological Seminary at Allen University. She is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., serving on the South Atlantic Regional Chaplains Council and the Intercessory Prayer Team of the Richland County Alumnae Chapter.

She and her husband, Marcus Robinson, are the proud parents of three sons鈥擬arc, and twins Caleb, and Kyle. She loves traveling, listening to music, gardening, and cooking.

I love the parks and lakes in Columbia. I also love the close proximity to the beach and to the mountains.
