My name is Tanika Beard. I have been in Higher Education for 16 years. I am a wife, mom, and entrepreneur. I own an online women's boutique specializing in apparel and accessories. My love for education goes way beyond administration. I am also an adjunct online faculty teaching classes in Business Administration.
